I was about to turn my pc rgb lights but when i clicked on the mystic light app inside the msi center, it redirects me to the live update page I just updated mystic light to version 3.0.0.19 via msi center on my ge76 and this update apparently fixed the issue with the ene.sys driver being flagged as vulnerable by core isolation/memory integrity and not loading on startup.
